Workshop: Sculpt & Soothe

£27.00
Date & LocationThursday June 19th I 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm (Blossom + Tempest - Toronto)

A 90-minute journey for your mind, body, and soul.

What do you get from this workshop?

  1. A deep understanding of how your body holds stress & tension — and how to release it.
  2. Practical techniques to integrate into your daily life: self-massage, Gua Sha, breathing and mobility techniques.
  3. A full-body reset that leaves you lighter, looser, and more connected to yourself.

This isn’t just movement — it’s medicine.

Each month, we focus on a different part of the body.  This spotlight is woven into the entire session - we dont just isolate it for 10 minutes ; we thread it through breath, movement, and self massage with the hands and guasha.  The concepts are meant to be felt, not just learned.

Upcoming Focuses:

  • June - Shoulders & Breathe:  Unburden your upper body.  Open the lungs.  Explore how breath flows through physical and emotional tension.
  • July - Chest & Heart:  Melt the armour.  Move your heart.  A gentle yet deep release for the ribs, breath, and emotional space.
  • August - Spine & Strength:  Improve Posture.  Move from Power and reconnect with your inner fire.
  • September - Belly & Intuition: Clear stagnation in the core.  Support digestion.  Listen to the wisdom of your gut.

Tools provided. Curiosity required. Hosted by Neeta Sharma and powered by Grounded 1002.

A must try one of a kind experience!! 5 stars all the way

I recently attended Neeta’s class, and it was truly a transformative 5-star experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly calming, largely thanks to the beautifully curated music that played throughout the session. The soft glow of candles and the gentle scent of aromatherapy oils further enhanced the tranquil environment, setting the perfect tone for relaxation and self-discovery.

What truly made this class exceptional was how much I learned about my own body that I never knew before. Neeta was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through guasha techniques that felt so unique and incredibly effective. It wasn't just about surface-level movements; the approach delved into deeper tissue work and energy flow, making it unlike any other self-care practice I've encountered. The grounded 1002 tools provided were also a great prop that perfectly supported the class, allowing us to immediately apply what we were learning with high-quality instruments. It wasn't just about the physical application of guasha; it was a deep dive into understanding how my body works and how to better support it.

By the end of the class, I felt an incredible release of stress and a profound sense of calm. It was amazing to feel the physical and emotional weight lift away. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking to de-stress, learn more about their body, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being.

Empowering and Uplifting!

Neeta’s Sooth and Sculpt workshop was nothing short of transformative! Her deep knowledge and passion for wellness shone through in every movement, encouraging participants to truly listen to their bodies and find strength in mindfulness. The atmosphere was electric—uplifting, empowering, and perfectly complemented by her thoughtfully curated playlist, which set the tone for a session that felt both energizing and restorative. Her enthusiasm was contagious, making it easy to immerse fully in the experience. I’m already looking forward to attending more workshops by Grounded 1002 and continuing this journey of movement and self-care!

Intuitive wellness workshop was an amazing experience!

I attended the intuitive guasha and scraping workshop held by Neeta of Grounded 1002 and loved every minute of it!

All the information shared from:
- breathing techniques
- how to use each side of the rock with care and essential elements body tool on different areas
- info about pressure and technique
- a quick 3 minute daily routine
+ an abundance of other helpful information to do with regulating your nervous system, listening to your body and using the tool intuitively..

was amazing and extremely helpful. It was a safe and intimate space where everyone could try out the tools, regardless of experience. I’ve had my #rockwithcare for over a year and a half now and I learned so many new things that I can now put into practice. If you have the opportunity to attend one of Neeta’s workshops in person, I highly recommend investing the time to go.
