what it is
A 90-minute reset that combines bodywork, mindset, and soul nourishment. It’s part scan, part repair, part perspective shift - designed to leave you clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
the purpose
To help you partner more effectively with your doctor, dentist, yoga teacher, personal trainer, therapist, breath work specialist, nutritionist, family, employees… and most importantly, with yourself.
what clients have seen me for
Clients come to #holdavibe for many reasons, including Bell's Palsy, burnout, low energy, iron issues, anxiety, neck and shoulder pain, back pain, knee problems, stiff joints, and chronic pain. Others seek clarity in mindset, career, or entrepreneurship.
what happens in a session
- pre-assessment form - completed before your session to give me a sense of what’s on your mind or body. This provides direction, but the session may flow differently depending on what shows up.
- first 45 minutes: full body scan - we look at your joints, tissues, fascia, and nervous system using stretching, massage, guasha, movement, and breathing techniques. You’ll also get a peek into your lymphatic system, helping you understand how everything connects. This scan highlights what’s happening (or what could happen) and begins the process of repair. We can also address specific issues when needed.
- second 45 minutes: mind and soul work - exploring mindset, stress, energy, and even nutrition basics from ancient modalities.

why Neeta?
I’ve spent almost 20 years in the corporate world simplifying complex things. My approach to wellness is the same: making the difficult easy to understand, so you can learn to be your own healer.
I grew up in an Ayurvedic household, have been a passionate student of Mayan and Shamanic practices in places like Sayulita and Tulum, and have relied on Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques for over a decade in my own recovery. I’ve faced major challenges - including a broken face, full-body sepsis after childbirth, and corporate burnout — and used these tools in combination to heal.
Music is a big part of my work. With a decade working in the music world and a lifelong passion for sound, I use music as a pay to explore emotion, create safety, and help clients connect to themselves more deeply. It's one of the first things people notice in my workshops, 1:1 sessions, retreats, and experiences.
I also respect and integrate modern progress in somatic and medical research, blending it with traditional approaches to create something practical and effective.
I’ve applied these principles through real-life challenges and now integrate them for my clients, who experience powerful results and learn how to heal themselves. The body is smart, everything is connected — mind, body, and soul. Let me show you how.

I did a session with Neeta and it was fascinating. While I expected her to show me how to use the tool (which I already love), it was a lot more intricate than that. Part inquiry and self-reflection, and part physical bodywork, it was a mix of both worlds.
