What is your soul work?

Have you ever thought about this?

At Grounded 1002, we believe humans have to fulfill a baseline of mind, body, and soul work so they don't burn out. We believe soul work is fulfilled when one consciously interacts with the elements every single day. That is earth, air, water, fire, ether, and metal.

Although it sounds a bit woo-woo, we really do recommend trying this. When embodied, this practice truly helps with mindfulness and presence.

Interacting with the elements is really easy to do, it is the being conscious part that is a bit trickier. But, once you get that down, nature can be one of your greatest teachers.

Nature is free and contributes to building the very important skill of intuition. We certainly need to build this muscle so we can use technology in a smart way as a complement to our lifestyle.

We've recorded a talk on YouTube about living intuitively. If you click here, you'll go directly to the soul section which includes how to interact with the elements. #getcurious

By the way - did you know?

  • When you guasha with #rockwithcare, you are interacting with the elements of earth and ether. Our #rockwithcare stone is made of a material called bianstone, which is primarily made of lava (earth) and meteorite (ether).
  • When you burn #stixandstones Palo Santo, you are interacting with earth, air, and fire. The fallen branches of our Palo Santo trees (earth) have been growing for decades. When laying on the ground for at least 2 years, the branches develop resin which offers the aromatic benefits. Add the element of fire to activate the wood and watch the smoke move the air in its surrounding area.

- Peace and #rockwithcare

How to burn your Palo Santo properly

We’ve noticed that many people are not burning Palo Santo properly. There is a misconception is that Palo Santo is simply used to keep ‘bad energy’ away when in reality, its uses are far more extensive.

On Earth Day, we released a YouTube video addressing various FAQs about Palo Santo to help you make the most out of every burn.

We’ve just touched the surface by offering food for thought. In the video, you’ll learn:

  • How to burn Palo Santo sustainably to avoid waste
  • How NOT to burn Palo Santo
  • What Fire Gazing is
  • How to consider if you your Palo Santo real or toxic

  • Why your Palo Santo stops burning
  • Why we offer different styles of Palo Santo in each purchase

Check out the chapters in the video to scroll to your topic of interest.

And don't forget, each purchase of #stixandstones Palo Santo includes a 24-page booklet which contains valuable and beautiful info about the holy wood.

Tuesday's full moon in Scorpio

At Grounded 1002, we believe a full moon offers a spotlight to make strides working to balance the characteristics of the sign the moon coincides with.

Ruled by the element of Water, Scorpio is associated with deep emotions, power, transformation, intensity, mystery, and rebirth. Scorpio is also linked to themes of control, secrecy, and passion.

Think about these characteristics. Is there something you can work on? #getcurious
