The tool has multiple edges and shapes that make it incredibly versatile—I use it all over my body, and even on my face. It feels a bit like guasha, but more grounded and sculptural and heavy. I use it daily for what feels like a combination of lymphatic drainage, self-massage, and energy clearing. It helps me open up the body, release tension, and I genuinely feel lighter and more vibrant after each use. It is my fav self-care ritual and I honestly can’t imagine going without it.
