These were words I shared at the Londrelle - Live & Unplugged show last Friday. It was a privilege and honour to work with Londrelle on the London edition of the purpose driven show he is taking around the world.
Falling on the eve of the eclipse, this show was one that engaged all the senses - a great way to begin the process of embodiment.
Consciously interacting with touch, taste, sound, sight, and smell make the embodiment process feel effortless. The key is to be mindful... when listening to music, smelling palo santo, using your #rockwithcare guasha, while flame gazing, or tasting your food.

On Friday October 14th, we were honoured to present Londrelle - Live and Unplugged. Coinciding with the eve of the new moon in Libra, it was a beautiful energy to go inwards and restore.
We will share footage shortly, but wanted to thank everyone involved.

Thank you to 108 attendees who raised vibrations with us. Guests joined us from all over the world ; Canada, Germany, several of the states, and from all over the UK.
Dr. Shelly-Anne Gajadhar holds an impressive number of degrees with an energy that surpasses. As the MC of the evening, she brought much wisdom, inspiration, love, and a vibe to the show.
Garry opened the evening with his majestic gong created in the caves of Northern Italy. A perfect way to open the heart chakra. His pure energy was felt by all at the show.
Tia Sunlight brought sound healing like no other. Using Tibetian and crystal bowls coupled with her voice, she guided us into meditative bliss. Her sound is truly a gift.
Luciana, a multi-talented performer skilled in vocals, songwriting, sound therapy, DJ'ing and more. Joining from Toronto, she performed 5 songs gaining 108 new fans after the show.
