September 29th marked the final super-moon of 2023. The next super-moon will occur on September 18th, 2024, when we will experience several consecutive super-moons again!
With the recent heightened energy in the cosmos, it was a great time to harness the power of astronomy for our benefit.

3-minute #rockwithcare guasha routine
Many of you have requested a video demonstrating our 3-minute full body #rockwithcare guasha routine. Although we plan to share multiple versions, for now, we are FINALLY happy to share one.
We love this 3-minute routine for several reasons. Not only is it a meditative and relaxing experience, but it also enhances the connection with what is happening beneath the skin.
The body benefits from increased movement, the organs receive a massage, tight muscles are loosened, toxins are removed, and the skin improves.
If you don't have a #rockwithcare tool, we previously also recorded a similar InstaLive routine that you can follow along with using just your hands.
Although fingers vs tools offer different signals to the brain about what is being touched, using the hands/fingers are a perfect way to start any routine (with or without a #rockwithcare tool).
