Greetings from Tulum, Mexico!

Our retreat wrapped up today. We've been immersing ourselves in the tools of intuitive living, nurturing our mind, body, and soul towards greater balance. We've been embodying simple techniques to strengthen to our intuition, a skill that we know will become more important as we move into the future.

Rocking with care

During our time in Mexico, we've been rocking with care—non stop.

We've done this:

... through our interactions with others, with our environment, and most importantly with ourselves.

... through our interactions with the music we've heard and vibrational frequencies we've experienced. Just like muscle memory, vibrational memory is a thing. We've been stayed near certain frequencies on this trip, so we continue to attract the same energy once we leave.

Eclipse season and the return of Aries 

The cosmic realm is abuzz with activity as we're experiencing several energetic movements right now.

With the arrival of Spring on March 20th, a new energetic year has dawned, coinciding with the return of Aries, the first house of the zodiac.

Yesterday on March 25th, we began eclipse season, with a lunar eclipse in the sign of Libra. Spiritually, eclipse season invites us into a period of evolution.  This fits so well with the newness of spring and the fire that comes with Aries.

If you’ve felt like you have been spinning too many plates, Libra's full moon advocates us to consider balance – it is what Libra stands for.  Libra also rules characterics like justice, beauty, and harmonious relationships. When not in balance, the sign can be indecisive, dependent, and scattered.

Seize this opportune movement to bring balance into your life and environment. What actions can you take now - particularly when it comes to your relationships, on the topics of justice, beauty, indecisiveness, and dependency?

The cosmos will help you ride the wave if you take steps now in bringing balance into these areas in particular. 

The next eclipse season is approximately 6 months away, so use this time to embark on a journey of growth.
