A 90-minute journey for your mind, body, and soul. The focus of Chapter 6 is the digestive system.

This isn’t just movement — it’s medicine.
Each month, we focus on a different part of the body. This focus is woven into the entire session — we don’t just isolate it for 10 minutes; we thread it through breath, movement, and self-massage with the hands and Gua Sha. The concepts are meant to be felt, not just learned.

FAQ
- What should I wear? Comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in.
- Are the classes for beginners? All chapters welcome beginners. Chapters 1–5 are great entry points. By 7–10 things get more technical, and in 11–12 we bring it all together.
- Any reasons I should not join? Yes. Please avoid if you’re pregnant or if you’ve had filler or Botox in the last two weeks.
- I have a health condition — can I still join? Email us at connect@1002.com and we’ll advise further.
- What can I expect to leave with? Practical tools to understand your body better, care for it daily, and strengthen your relationship with yourself.
- Can I book a 1:1 session instead? We recommend trying a workshop first to experience what intuitive healing is. After that, a #holdavibe session can take you deeper.
